Monthly subscription per 4 week cycle

Package includes appropriately prescribed bio-identical hormones including estradiol, testosterone, progesterone, and thyroid hormones. The prescription can be taken to your pharmacy of choice. Medication costs are paid separately to the pharmacy and are not included in the monthly program fee. A methylated B-complex lipotropic injection is offered as part of the package.
Follow up labs at 3-6 month intervals $45.
