My Story
Hi! my name is Hollie Mendricks, I am a nurse practitioner and I have worked in the healthcare field for 12 years. I am passionate about holistic, functional health, and helping those achieve their healthcare goals. My background is in mental health, primary care, weight loss, and functional medicine. I have been on a health and weight management journey for 14 years. When my son was born, I was at my unhealthiest size and I swore I would put my health first. Now, I want to provide you with the tools to achieve long term weight loss and health optimization.

I offer services ranging from medical to functional weight loss and life/health coaching. Whether you need to lose 5 pounds or 500 pounds. call or text to schedule a free consultation to discuss your needs. I want you to succeed and be the happiest, healthiest you have ever been. My program is designed to help you ease into a lifestyle that you will be able to maintain. No more yo-yo dieting, lose your weight and keep it off! There is no magic "shot" or "pill", and a majority of those who just take a shot or a pill, without lifestyle modification, will regain ALL their weight as soon as they discontinue the medicine.
