My Story
Hi! my name is Hollie Mendricks, I am a nurse practitioner and I have worked in the healthcare field for 12 years. I am passionate about holistic, functional health, and helping those achieve their healthcare goals. My background is in mental health, primary care, weight loss, and functional medicine. I have been on a health and weight management journey for 14 years. When my son was born, I was at my unhealthiest size and I swore I would put my health first. Now, I want to provide you with the tools to achieve long term weight loss and health optimization.

My program is designed to help you ease into a lifestyle that you will be able to maintain. No more yo-yo dieting, lose your weight and keep it off! There is no magic "shot" or "pill", and a majority of those who just take a shot or a pill, without lifestyle modification, will regain ALL their weight as soon as they discontinue the medicine. When you come see me and choose a package, I come with that package. I want you to call me, text me, make me keep you accountable. I will show you how to eat and cook, not only food that you will love, but also your family. Semaglutide
Along with lifestyle modifications, semaglutide can help you attain your weight loss goals quicker by helping you lose on average 10-15 pounds per month. This GLP-1 will slow gastric emptying, increase satiety, and help improve insulin sensitivity. Weekly B12 injections can assist with carbohydrate metabolism and manage possible gastric upset from semaglutide injections. Due to the Ozempic manufacturing shortages, compounding pharmacies have been approved to compound the active ingredient semaglutide. It is important to note that only Ozempic is FDA approved. Semaglutide is contraindicated in medullary thyroid cancer, pancreatitis type 1 diabetes. Use caution when drinking alcohol and minimize eating a high fat diet as pancreatitis can occur while taking this medication.
Tirzepatide
Tirzepatide is a dual peptide GLP-1 and GIP that also delays gastric emptying, improves insulin sensitivity, and decreases appetite. It too can lead to weight loss in the 10-15 pound per month range when used along with lifestyle modifications. This medicine also has FDA approval to allow compounding pharmacies to manufacture the active ingredient In Mounjaro. Only Mounjaro is FDA approved. Like the semaglutide, the contraindications and cautions for tirzepatide are the same. It is contraindicated in medullary thyroid cancer, pancreatitis type 1 diabetes. Use caution when drinking alcohol and minimize eating a high fat diet as pancreatitis can occur while taking this medication.
Sermorelin
Sermorelin is an injectible/oral peptide that can be used along with diet and exercise to promote health and wellness. Sermorelin helps to naturally increase growth hormone. As we age, this hormone is depleted. With sermorelin, the bodies ability to heal, repair, and grow are potentially restored. Sermorelin may be beneficial to improve muscle mass, bone density, collagen production, immune function, sleep, focus, wrinkle reduction, weight loss, and sexual function in both men and women, Contraindicated in those with a history of cancer.
Mega-Burn injection $30.00 per injection if no package is chosen
Lipotropic injection that contains a combination of amino acids methionine, inositol, choline, and B-complex vitamins. This injection can be taken 1-2 times per week to help promote fat loss, appetite suppression, immunity boost, cholesterol support, carbohydrate metabolism, increased metabolism, HGH support, insulin insensitivity, and muscle recovery.
